The short version

Zimex operates, maintains, manages and trains under Swiss and European (EASA) rules, supervised by the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). All four approvals are held by the same company, which means one safety management system, one quality system, and one set of people accountable for all of it.
